About the Role:

The MRO Supplier Management Lead is responsible for the strategic and operational management of Safran Seats' external MRO supplier network, ensuring supplier performance supports customer commitments, operational objectives, quality requirements and financial targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the strategic and operational activity of Safran Seats' external MRO supplier network
  • Act as the primary focal point for subcontracted repair activities
  • Drive and improve supplier performance
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, managing complex stakeholder relationships
  • Provide functional leadership to supplier coordination activities
  • Ensure repair turnaround times, fixed repair costs, cost competitiveness and customer satisfaction across the MRO business

What You'll Bring:

  • Significant experience in supplier management, supply chain management, customer support or operational performance management within an international environment
  • Aerospace, MRO or highly regulated industry experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing supplier performance and driving measurable operational improvements
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders at multiple organisational levels
  • Strong supplier performance management and relationship management skills
  • Understanding of supply chain, logistics and repair operations principles
