MS Dynamics 365 Sales Rollout and Adoption Manager

The MS Dynamics 365 Sales Rollout and Adoption Manager is responsible for driving and coordinating the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (MSD CRM), primarily across European markets. The role ensures alignment across regional key users, drives continuous improvements to rollout processes, and oversees key project KPIs related to adoption and overall execution. Working closely with regional teams, IT, and business stakeholders, the Rollout and Adoption Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of MSD CRM, while maintaining strong governance and oversight.

The role is embedded in an international CRM team with team members based in Munich, Bangalore, and Singapore.

Regional Champions And Market Rollout

  • Act as an advocate for MSD CRM, promoting its benefits and ensuring users understand how it can improve their productivity and workflow.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute MSD CRM rollouts across multiple countries / legal entities in Europe, managing timelines, milestones, and stakeholders.
  • Act as regional / legal entity champion, managing relationships with local teams to increase adoption of MSD CRM system, foster alignment to global standards while facilitating platform support requests.

Training And Change Management

  • Orchestrate training, support and implement feedback from end-users to maximize the user adoption and efficacy of the MSD CRM system.
  • Regularly communicate new features, updates, and tips for using the MSD CRM system to maximize its value.
  • Build and nurture a community of MSD CRM users in the responsible regions / LEs, encouraging the exchange of best practices and tips for efficient system usage.
  • Collect and share user feedback to improve the MSD CRM system and the user experience.

CRM Development And Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate closely with platform operations team to deliver system enhancements and bug fixes to optimize the CRM platform for end users. Actively participate in gathering requirements, designing solutions and final testing and functional acceptance.

Essential Criteria

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Sales, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in project management, CRM implementation, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple activities and stakeholders in a global setting.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, coordinate across teams, and lead training sessions.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a structured and user-oriented approach to resolving CRM-related issues.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Desirable Criteria

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365) are a plus.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or a similar CRM system is advantageous.
  • Experience with lead-to-quote process governance and CRM system implementation is advantageous.
  • German written and speaking skills are a plus.
