Job Title: MS Dynamics CRM Business Analyst
Job Location: London, UK/4 days onsite in a week
Job Type: Permanent
We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Business Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and support CRM implementation and enhancement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business/functional requirements.
- Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with stakeholders, developers, architects, and QA teams.
- Provide functional expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
- Support CRM configuration, workflows, forms, views, and dashboards.
- Work with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Support integrations, data migration, SIT/UAT, and defect resolution.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog management.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong Dynamics 365 CRM/CE experience.
- Knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, and Case Management.
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, UAT, and Agile/Scrum.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
