MS Dynamics Solution Architect (D365 Customer Engagement)

Location: London (hybrid)

Duration: 6 months +

Umbrella only

Our Client is hiring an MS Dynamics Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement within the energy and utilities space. If you enjoy turning complex customer journeys into scalable Microsoft designs—and thrive in client advisory conversations—this is a role where your impact is visible from discovery through go-live and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead senior client-facing advisory conversations across discovery, solution shaping and opportunity development
  • Translate UK electricity Customer Connections lifecycle and BP500 processes into Dynamics 365 CRM solution designs
  • Own solution architecture end-to-end: process, data, security, integrations, user experience and non-functional design
  • Define solution boundaries across configuration, customisation, Power Platform and external integrations
  • Shape utilities-enabled CRM for customer connections, network operations, asset/work/field operations and regulatory reporting
  • Support delivery assurance from build to cutover, go-live, hypercare and transition to support
  • Challenge unclear requirements, maintain requirements traceability, and drive quality across design and testing deliverables

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
