Job Title: MS Power Platform Specialist
Location: Milton Keynes, UK
(Hybrid/Remote: Customer expects the resource to attend office every Wednesday, for any additional days)
Job Summary
Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and implement Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages solutions.
Job Description
- Act as a trusted technical partner, supporting internal teams with both strategic advice and hands-on delivery.
- Engage with requirements gathering, business analysis, and use case definition for AI Agent and Copilot solutions.
- Design solutions and translate business requirements into scalable Copilot Studio and Power Platform implementations.
- Develop and configure AI Agents within Microsoft Copilot Studio and the wider Power Platform ecosystem, including:
- Topics, prompts, and conversational experiences
- Integration with enterprise data sources (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse)
- Connector configuration and workflow automation
- Testing, validation, and production readiness activities
- Alignment with organizational governance, security, and compliance standards
- Support deployment, rollout, user adoption, and transition into Business-as-Usual (BAU) support models.
- Monitor and optimize AI Agent performance, including:
- Usage and adoption trends
- Token consumption and cost management
- User feedback and interaction patterns
- Continuous improvement and capability enhancement
- Provide technical guidance and best practice recommendations across emerging Copilot and AI opportunities.
- Identify and articulate risks, dependencies, technical constraints, and delivery considerations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Contribute to the development of governance frameworks, implementation standards, and reusable delivery patterns for future AI Agent deployments.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Power Platform projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze complex business processes to identify automation opportunities using Power Automate.
- Develop custom connectors, workflows, and portals utilizing Power Platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth solution deployment.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to maintain high application reliability.
- Document solution architecture, design specifications, and user manuals comprehensively.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to maximize platform adoption.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to continuous improvement of Power Platform governance and best practices.
