Job Title: MS SharePoint Specialist

Overview
We are seeking an experienced MS SharePoint Specialist to support and enhance enterprise SharePoint environments, ensuring seamless collaboration, document management, and workflow automation. The successful candidate will manage both SharePoint Online and on-premise deployments, deliver configuration and migration projects, and uphold governance and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain SharePoint Online and on-premise environments, including site collections, permissions, and content types.
- Design and implement SharePoint structures, lists, libraries, and workflows to support business operations.
- Lead migration and modernisation initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption and data integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored SharePoint solutions aligned with organisational governance and compliance frameworks.
- Develop Power Automate workflows and Power Apps to streamline processes.
- Maintain system documentation, perform health checks, and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years’ experience managing and developing in SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, permissions models, and governance controls.
- Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 integration.
- Experience with SharePoint migration tools (ShareGate, Metalogix, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks (ISO27001, GDPR).
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Administrator Associate or equivalent preferred.
