Could you be the first voice a patient hears?

Our Sussex MSK Health team are looking for brilliant administrators who can ensure good care happens for patients. We call our administrators Patient Care Advisors (PCAs for short).

Patient Care Advisors are an invaluable part of the Sussex MSK Health service. The service helps people who are experiencing MSK (aka musculoskeletal, muscle and bone) conditions, stewarding patients through options for their care and providing support for those who need assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. All people across Brighton & Hove and West Sussex with a musculoskeletal condition are referred to our service.

We want to make a person’s care as straightforward as possible, by providing one point of contact as close to their home as we can.

Please note: Due to recent changes in UK immigration and visa rules, this role is unlikely to be eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants who do not currently have the right to work in the UK may not be considered. Candidates requiring sponsorship should review the eligibility criteria on the gov.uk website before applying to assess their eligibility for a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
