What You’ll Do

You will act as the clinical lead for our team of Senior MSK Physiotherapists, providing guidance and support around complex clinical decision-making, and ensuring high quality care is maintained across the service.

You will serve as the senior clinical point of contact for the physiotherapy team, handling clinical escalations and service-related clinical queries and play a key role in mentoring, development and governance.

You will establish and maintain robust clinical audit and governance structures across the service, ensuring the highest standards of clinical quality, safety and consistency are maintained as we grow.

You will contribute to the expansion of our clinical pathways, ensuring new pathways are developed and launched in line with our clinical governance framework and quality standards.

You will also play an active role in the recruitment of physiotherapists, helping us identify clinicians who meet the high clinical standards required to deliver exceptional care at Flok.

Alongside your leadership responsibilities, to ensure you remain closely connected to our patients and the day-to-day service, you will spend approximately one day per week delivering outstanding remote care to patients across the UK.

About You

You are an HCPC-registered Advanced Practice Physiotherapist or have equivalent senior clinical leadership experience, with significant experience in MSK physiotherapy

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
