Are you an experienced MSK Clinician with a Sport Rehabilitation degree and a member of BASRaT who has a strong passion for providing outstanding patient care?

What you will do in the role…

  • We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced MSK Clinician to join our FRP team delivering face to face sessions in Bristol and online rehabilitation sessions.
  • You will play a fundamental role in providing support to patients by delivering remote assessment and treatment sessions.
  • You will utilise your musculoskeletal knowledge to provide assessments and treatments of the spine, upper limb, and lower limb.

The clinic:

  • Doors will be opened for you to work with a range of clients whilst you manage a caseload of patients in a professional manner.
  • Our team usually work 8:00am – 16:00pm but we are always happy to be flexible.
  • Our office hours are 8:00am – 18:00 pm Monday to Friday.
  • Our excellent track record, motivating team will offer you constant contact and communication to help you excel within your role and reach your highest potential.

Requirements:

Essential

  • Have completed a BASRaT accredited degree. E.g. Sport Rehabilitation.
  • Full graduate member of BASRaT and entitled to the use of the title Graduate Sports Rehabilitator.
  • 6 months previous experience within an MSK service
  • Experience of working individually and within a team.
  • Ability to set goals, and design individualised and progressive rehabilitation programmes.
  • Adept in time management and prioritisation.
  • Sound musculoskeletal knowledge including assessment/treatment of common conditions of the spine, upper limb and lower limb. Awareness of Post-operative protocols and precautions.
  • Friendly and approachable with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team Player.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the needs of the client.
  • An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion.

  • Proven experience of managing a caseload of patients and running rehabilitation classes.
  • Experience in health coaching
  • Speaks another language
