Job Title: MSK Deputy Clinical Lead
Contract: Permanent/Part-time
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to £45,000 pro rata depending on skills and experience
Spire Workplace Health - part of wider Spire Healthcare Group – has an opportunity for a dynamic Deputy Clinical Lead to join the Clinical Leadership Team in our Spire Workplace Health MSK services.
Reporting into the MSK Clinical Lead, the role requires a highly motivated and collaborative professional who will work closely with our key corporate customers to provide strategic insights and analysis of service delivery, driving improvements and optimising outcomes for service users.
As Deputy Clinical Lead you will be the exemplar for clinical practice, support and develop others working with the Governance, Operations, Data and IT teams as well as the Transformation teams. The Lead will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, quality care for patients.

The interviews for this role are estimated to take place on the week commencing 17th August and will be remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide clinical guidance to all clinicians and management with specific queries or case concerns, supporting clinical reasoning and decision-making.
- Maintain personal professional expertise and reputation, representing Spire WPH at meetings and conferences, when required and/or in Clinical Lead’s absence.
- Provide day-to-day clinical leadership, guidance, and support to Team Leads, physiotherapists and MSK clinicians and to act as a senior clinical escalation point for complex cases, clinical uncertainty, and risk management decisions.
- Lead and support on Quality Improvement initiatives.
- Help foster a positive, supportive, and psychologically safe working environment.

Key experience needed:
- A BSC in Physiotherapy.
- At least 5 years in a Clinical MSK Setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly IT proficient and data focused.
