Role Description
This is a part-time (12-24 hours), on-site MSK Physiotherapist role based in Putney, London at The Massage Company. The MSK Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and treat a range of musculoskeletal conditions, using evidence-based interventions to support pain management, functional recovery, and long-term mobility. Daily responsibilities include conducting initial and follow-up physiotherapy appointments, developing personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans, and maintaining accurate clinical records in line with professional standards. The role involves close collaboration with massage therapists and other practitioners to deliver integrated care, supporting clients with injury prevention, performance, and overall wellbeing. The MSK Physiotherapist will also provide clear education and guidance to clients, promoting ongoing self-management and proactive health practices.

- Recognised degree in Physiotherapy (BSc or MSc) and current HCPC registration, with CSP membership required.
- Demonstrated experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and rehabilitation.
- Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice skills, with the ability to tailor treatment to individual client needs and goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport, educate clients, and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to manage a part-time clinical caseload in a busy on-site environment, including time management and accurate clinical documentation.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, openness to complementary therapies, and interest in health, wellbeing, and preventative care.
- Previous experience in private practice, sports, or wellness settings is beneficial, as is familiarity with digital booking and record systems.
