MSK Physiotherapist – Full Time

Physica Health – Bagshot, Surrey

£34,000 starting salary + performance bonus | OTE £36,000–£38,000

Are you an MSK Physiotherapist looking for somewhere you can have the time, facilities and support to really make a difference with your patients?

Physica Health is looking for an enthusiastic, patient-focused Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Bagshot.

You'll work with a varied and motivated private MSK caseload, with more time to spend with patients, access to our state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym, strength profiling equipment and shockwave therapy, protected admin time, and an experienced clinical team around you.

We're open to physiotherapists at different stages of their career. You may have around a year's experience and be ready for your next step, or already have several years of MSK experience.

For us, enthusiasm, communication, clinical curiosity and coachability matter more than simply the number of years on your CV.

About Physica Health

Our team includes physiotherapists with backgrounds across private practice and elite sport, including Formula 1, professional football, golf and rugby.

We combine high-quality hands-on physiotherapy with evidence-based rehabilitation and have invested in giving our clinicians the facilities to take patients from initial assessment right through to strength, conditioning and return to activity.

Why work at Physica?

We want our clinicians to have the time, facilities and support to do their best work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll benefit from:

  • More time with patients to properly assess, explain, treat and rehabilitate
  • Full use of our rehabilitation gym and strength profiling equipment with your patients
  • Access to shockwave therapy
  • Protected admin gaps during your working day
  • An experienced clinical team to collaborate with and learn from
  • Regular case discussions, mentoring and in-house CPD
  • A predominantly private caseload of engaged and motivated patients
  • A friendly, close-knit team and modern working environment
  • Free on-site parking

The Role

You'll manage a varied MSK caseload including sports and musculoskeletal injuries, spinal conditions, post-operative rehabilitation and patients returning to exercise, sport and everyday activity.

We want our physios to take ownership of their patients' journey – combining excellent assessment and treatment with education and progressive rehabilitation.

Some evening availability will be required, with some Saturday availability desirable. We're happy to discuss the exact working pattern with the right person.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is HCPC registered and a CSP member
  • Has at least 2 year's physiotherapy experience
  • Has a genuine interest in MSK physiotherapy and rehabilitation
  • Has good clinical reasoning and communication skills
  • Values both hands-on treatment and exercise-based rehabilitation
  • Is enthusiastic, reliable and great with patients
  • Is open to feedback and keen to keep improving
  • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team

We're looking for someone who genuinely wants to be part of the team – someone who gets involved, supports their colleagues and contributes to life at the clinic, rather than simply seeing their patients and heading home.

Previous private MSK or sports injury experience is desirable but not essential for the right person.
