MSK Physiotherapist
Location: Stoke-On-Trent
Hours: 40 hours per week. Permanent
Salary: £33,000 to £38,000. Depending on experience.

This position is ideal for clinicians of all levels who want to grow beyond their clinical practice. As part of your development, you will gain exposure to a mixed clinical caseload. This includes:
- Manage a caseload of MSK patients delivering assessment and treatment sessions
- Work to deliver personalised, evidence-based treatment plans
- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation (HCPC compliant)
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients
- Use SMART goals and outcome measures to track progress
- Apply a holistic, biopsychosocial approach to care
- Engage in ongoing CPD and professional development
- Access to leadership development resources and structured progression planning

Qualifications and Experience
Essential
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- Minimum 1 year Post Graduate MSK experience
- HCPC registration
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Confident IT skills, including word processing.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Confidence in lone working

- Confident in decision-making and comfortable seeking support when needed.
