MSK Physiotherapist

Location: Stoke-On-Trent
Hours: 40 hours per week. Permanent
Salary: £33,000 to £38,000. Depending on experience.

Pure Physiotherapy is excited to welcome passionate Physiotherapists to our team during a period of significant growth, driven by our reputation for delivering exceptional care across all MSK pathways. This role offers a rewarding clinical career with structured development opportunities.

This position is ideal for clinicians of all levels who want to grow beyond their clinical practice. As part of your development, you will gain exposure to a mixed clinical caseload. This includes:

  • Manage a caseload of MSK patients delivering assessment and treatment sessions
  • Work to deliver personalised, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Maintain high-quality clinical documentation (HCPC compliant)
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients
  • Use SMART goals and outcome measures to track progress
  • Apply a holistic, biopsychosocial approach to care
  • Engage in ongoing CPD and professional development
  • Access to leadership development resources and structured progression planning

Qualifications and Experience

Essential

  • Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Minimum 1 year Post Graduate MSK experience
  • HCPC registration

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Confident IT skills, including word processing.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Confidence in lone working

  • Self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Empathetic and patient-centred.
  • Quality-driven with high clinical standards.
  • Confident in decision-making and comfortable seeking support when needed.
