Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapist looking to develop your career within a supportive and dynamic Musculoskeletal (MSK) service? We have an exciting opportunity to join our Integrated Musculoskeletal Services team, which includes Physiotherapy Outpatients, Community Orthopaedics and the Community Chronic Pain Service.

You will provide comprehensive musculoskeletal assessment and treatment to outpatients across community hospital physiotherapy departments and outreach clinics, delivering care through a blend of face-to-face and virtual consultations. Working under the guidance and supervision of experienced senior physiotherapists, you will manage your own caseload while developing your clinical skills and confidence in a wide range of MSK conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive musculoskeletal assessment, treatment, management and evaluation for outpatients with a wide range of MSK conditions.
• Manage an allocated caseload independently, under the supervision and guidance of senior physiotherapists.
• Develop, implement and review patient-centred treatment plans in partnership with patients, their families and carers.
• Deliver high-quality care through a combination of face-to-face and virtual consultations.
• Use sound clinical reasoning, effective risk assessment and professional judgement to ensure patient safety at all times.
• Apply evidence-based practice, current clinical guidelines and Trust policies to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
• Promote positive patient experiences by treating individuals with dignity, respect and compassion, and involving them in care planning and decision-making.
• Undertake a range of physiotherapy interventions to support both individual and group rehabilitation programmes.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate holistic care programmes that meet patients’ physical, functional and wellbeing needs.
• Work collaboratively as part of the multidisciplinary Integrated Musculoskeletal Services team to ensure effective and coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate, timely and legally compliant clinical records and documentation.
