Role Description
Stride Sports Physiotherapy is looking for an experienced MSK & Sports Physiotherapist to join our growing independent practice in Marylebone, just off Regent Street. This is a part-time contract opportunity, ideal for an experienced physiotherapist who ideally already has an established network and wants more flexibility and autonomy in their role and practice.
We are particularly interested in someone with 3+ years of private MSK experience in London.

The Opportunity
You’ll work from a high-quality gym studio with access to both a dedicated treatment room and full gym floor, allowing you to provide hands-on treatment alongside progressive strength, rehabilitation, and performance-based exercise.
There is scope to:
- Bring and continue developing your existing patient network
- Take on new patients through the practice
- Develop your own clinical niche and caseload
- Work collaboratively within a growing sports physiotherapy practice
- Contribute ideas and help shape the future direction of the clinic
- Build your own reputation and client base while benefiting from the infrastructure of an established practice
- Take on new clients as the practice owner is reaching full capacity
You focus on your patients. We take care of the practice infrastructure.
You won't need to spend your time:
- Finding and managing clinic space
- Renting a clinic space
- Setting up your own booking system
- Invoicing and chasing patient payments
- Managing payment processing
- Purchasing treatment equipment and consumables
- Building and maintaining a clinic website
- Managing the day-to-day administration of a private practice
We’re Looking For Someone Who:

- Is a HCPC-registered Physiotherapist
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Has the right to work in the UK, we are unable to offer sponsorships
- Has at least 3 years' private MSK physiotherapy experience in London
- Has an existing professional network and ideally an established patient base
- Has a strong interest in MSK, sports rehabilitation, and exercise-based rehab
- Is confident assessing and managing patients independently
- Is comfortable providing holistic care, including hands-on treatment
- Is personable, professional, and passionate about providing excellent patient care
This would suit someone who enjoys the autonomy of private practice but wants to be part of a growing clinic rather than working completely independently.

This is a self-employed, fee-share engagement, not employment. There is no salary, holiday or sick pay, pension or employment protection, and you would be responsible for your own tax, National Insurance, and professional indemnity insurance.
