About Us

We are a family run private physiotherapy practice based in Creekmoor, Poole, serving a diverse local community with a wide range of musculoskeletal and rehabilitative services. We have a team of four highly experienced and enthusiastic physiotherapists, plus our admin manager, Helen. We have just moved to a larger clinic and are initially looking for a new experienced and confident MSK physiotherapist to join our team and help build our clinic.

The clinic focuses on providing evidence-based, patient-centered care that supports recovery, prevention of injury, and long-term wellbeing. Team members work in a collaborative environment where clinical reasoning, professional development, and high-quality treatment are strongly valued. Birchwood Physiotherapy aims to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff.

The Physiotherapist will assess patients and perform physical examinations to diagnose musculoskeletal and related conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing individualised treatment plans which could include delivering manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and patient advice and education, and documenting clinical notes accurately and promptly. The role involves working closely with other clinicians as needed, communicating clearly with patients about progress and treatment options, and contributing to continuous improvement of clinical practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
