About Evolve Physio Clinic
Evolve Physio Clinic is a growing private physiotherapy practice based in Hanham, Bristol. We specialise in helping people overcome injury, recover from pain and return to the activities that matter most to them.
Our patients range from individuals managing everyday aches and pains through to recreational and high-level athletes striving to optimise their performance. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, evidence-based care through a combination of thorough assessment, hands-on treatment, rehabilitation and patient education.
As a clinic, we are committed to continually developing our services and investing in technology that enhances patient outcomes. Alongside traditional physiotherapy assessment and treatment approaches, we utilise innovative tools such as Shockwave Therapy and VALD ForceDecks to provide objective data that supports clinical decision-making and rehabilitation planning.
Most importantly, we believe that great physiotherapists are developed through support, mentorship and continuous learning. We invest heavily in our team because we believe excellent patient care starts with excellent clinicians.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a newly qualified physiotherapist or someone with limited post-qualification experience who is looking to accelerate their development within musculoskeletal practice.
You will work with a varied caseload of musculoskeletal patients, gaining valuable experience assessing and treating a wide range of conditions whilst developing your clinical reasoning, communication and rehabilitation skills.
You won't be expected to know everything.
We understand that transitioning from university into private practice can feel daunting. Our goal is to provide the support, mentoring and clinical exposure needed to help you develop into a confident and successful physiotherapist. You'll be encouraged to ask questions, bring forward ideas and discuss challenging cases in a supportive learning environment.
This is not a role where you'll be left to sink or swim. Equally, this is not a role for someone looking for an easy ride. We are looking for someone who is genuinely excited about learning, improving and becoming an outstanding clinician.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
