Job Description: Band 7 Radiographer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Band 7 Radiographer to join our dynamic and friendly Imaging team. This exciting role combines advanced MSK image interpretation and reporting with some clinical rotations across core modalities supporting delivery of a high-quality, patient-centred diagnostic service.

As a senior radiographer, you will rotate through a range of areas including CT, General X‑ray, ED X-ray, and Fluoroscopy, while providing independent MSK reporting to assist ED and community services. You will act as a role model within the team, supporting junior staff, contributing to service improvement, and promoting a positive, patient‑centred culture.

We are seeking a proactive, confident radiographer with strong leadership skills and a commitment to continued professional development.

In return, we offer excellent CPD opportunities, a supportive working environment, and the chance to develop further within advanced imaging and reporting practice, supporting delivery of a high-quality, patient-centred diagnostic service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
