Job Title: MSK Sonographer
Location: London
Type: Self-employed / Sessional
ONHP is currently recruiting for an experienced MSK Sonographer to join a diagnostic imaging service in London. We are looking for a sonographer who originally qualified as a Diagnostic Radiographer and has strong, recent experience in independently performing and reporting Musculoskeletal (MSK) ultrasound examinations.
Key Requirements:
- Originally qualified as a Diagnostic Radiographer
- Current HCPC registration as a Diagnostic Radiographer
- Recognised postgraduate qualification in Medical Ultrasound
- Fully competent in independently performing and reporting MSK ultrasound
- Broad MSK referral experience
- Recent evidence of clinical competency, including ultrasound image and report audits
- Appropriate Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reporting skills

- Perform high-quality MSK ultrasound examinations
- Produce accurate and timely diagnostic reports
- Identify and appropriately escalate urgent, unexpected, or significant findings
- Maintain accurate clinical records
- Work in accordance with professional and clinical standards
