An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and compassionate leader to join our Musculoskeletal (MSK) Outpatient Therapies service as a Therapy Lead.
This role offers operational management responsibility for a key part of the MSK Outpatient Therapies team, including the large Aintree University Hospital service and satellite sites across the north of the city.
The post is based at Aintree Hospital, with flexibility required to maintain strong links with clinical teams across other Trust sites. Alongside site leadership responsibilities, the post holder will oversee clinical teams including trauma outpatients, shoulder and elbow, rheumatology and hydrotherapy. Working closely with the Head of MSK Therapies, existing MSK Therapy Leads and Consultant MSK Therapists, the successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of an exceptional, high-quality MSK outpatient therapies service.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership to their teams, driving quality, safety, standards of care and service improvement.
- Demonstrate experience of leading and developing teams, delivering evidence-based care, supporting integrated pathways across professions, and contributing to robust governance processes.
- Involvement in the management of incidents, risks and complaints, while promoting a supportive learning culture.
