MSP Account Manager
Salary: £45,000–£55,000 basic + uncapped commission
Location: Stockport | Hybrid (3–4 days per week)
Are you an Account Manager within the MSP or IT solutions market looking for a role where you can genuinely grow existing accounts while still having the opportunity to win new business?
We're working with a well-established Managed Service Provider that's continuing to invest in its commercial team. With an excellent reputation, strong vendor partnerships and ambitious growth plans, they're looking to appoint an experienced MSP Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers whilst identifying new business opportunities.
This isn't a role where you'll be expected to start from scratch. You'll inherit an established customer base, giving you the opportunity to build long-term relationships, increase customer spend and become a trusted technology partner. Alongside this, you'll have access to referrals, inbound opportunities and the autonomy to generate your own pipeline.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
