We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused MSP Coordinator to support the onboarding and ongoing administration of contractors across our client programmes. This is a purely administrative role, ideal for someone who enjoys keeping processes organised, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete, and working across recruitment, compliance and finance processes.

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for contractors, ensuring everything is completed accurately and on time.
  • Prepare, issue and track contractor contracts and documentation.
  • Ensure all required compliance checks and documentation are completed before contractors start.
  • Support with IR35 documentation, NDAs and other contractual requirements.
  • Send contractor welcome emails and onboarding information.
  • Work closely with Finance and Procurement/Purchasing teams to ensure supplier and contractor information is accurate.
  • Raise and manage purchase orders and maintain accurate supplier records.
  • Review and check contractor timesheets before they are processed for payment.
  • Maintain accurate records across internal systems and ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Monitor onboarding deadlines, contract dates and required compliance actions.
  • Provide general MSP, contractor and administration support as required.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with contracts, compliance documentation and confidential information.
  • Strong administratively, with excellent follow-up and record-keeping skills.
  • Confident communicating with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple contractors and processes simultaneously.
  • Familiar with IR35, NDAs, contractor onboarding or compliance processes.
  • Comfortable using systems, spreadsheets and administrative platforms.
  • Previous MSP, RPO, recruitment, HR, procurement or contractor management experience would be beneficial.
