Egnyte is expanding its managed service provider (MSP) channel organization, and this is an opportunity to put your existing MSP relationships to work for an industry-leading company that is transforming its go-to-market (GTM) strategy to a partner-first mentality.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Partner Account Manager (PAM) is an inside partner account manager role focused on:
- Working with small managed services partners who sell to small businesses in an assigned territory
- Meet and exceed sales targets through sales growth, pipeline generation, and partner enablement
- Facilitate co-selling with partners into end-customer organizations
- Act as the primary contact for territory partners
This role involves sales quota ownership, working cross-functionally, and leveraging shared partner resources (vertical specialists, engineers, marketing) to drive sales.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Partner Account Management & Sales Growth
- Own a Managed Service Provider (MSP) sales territory with a unique sales quota
- Drive partner sales growth through pipeline generation
- Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective partners
- Develop partner capabilities to facilitate sell-through of Egnyte solutions
Strategic Collaboration & Pipeline Development
- Establish trust-based relationships with key personnel in assigned partners
- Meet assigned profit goals and strategic objectives
- Coordinate Egnyte cross-functional teams including support, service, and marketing
- Drive joint pipeline generation with partners to meet revenue and target goals
Order Processing & Success Enablement
- Process high-volume partner orders
- Facilitate partner success through usage and consumption insights
- Drive business planning with key partners (financial targets, milestones)
Cross-functional Leadership & Team Alignment
- Work with Egnyte stakeholders to foster a “one-team” mentality
- Build partner loyalty and wallet share by strengthening capacity, capability, and collaboration
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Essential Experience & Skills
- Previous experience driving channel sales and managing partners from an inside sales perspective, ideally within:
- Data security
- Cloud storage segment
- 5+ years’ experience building and managing partnerships, preferably in MSP-focused territories with strong existing partner relationships
- Proven record of quota over-achievement in indirect/influence-based revenue
- Knowledge of Egnyte systems to interpret usage and consumption and explain to partners
Behaviours & soft competencies
- Highly motivated, self-driven, results-focused
- Exceptional strategic brain with tactical implementation skills
- Strong B2B sales experience
- Ability to influence partner executives and recommend solutions
- Excellent communications skills, interpersonal abilities
- Industry-built strong professional network

COMPENSATION
- Salary: £54,000 – £60,000
- Commission: £21,600 – £24,000
- Car Allowance: £400 per month
