We are looking to speak with experienced MSP professionals who have built strong relationships and extensive networks across the Rail, Construction, or Renewable Energy sectors.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who understands workforce solutions and MSP environments, has developed trusted relationships with key decision-makers, and is looking to utilise their industry knowledge and network within a growing and ambitious organization.

We are seeking a well-connected individual who can leverage existing industry relationships, identify opportunities, and help develop strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Develop strategic partnerships across the Rail, Construction, and Renewable Energy sectors.
  • Identify opportunities through existing networks and market knowledge.
  • Engage with procurement teams, hiring managers, programme leads, and senior stakeholders.
  • Support commercial growth initiatives and long-term partnership development.
  • Provide market intelligence and insight into workforce trends and MSP activity.
  • Act as a trusted industry expert and brand ambassador.

About You

  • Previous experience working within an MSP, Workforce Solutions, RPO, VMS, or Managed Service environment.
  • Strong network of contacts within Rail, Construction, or Renewable Energy.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships.
  • Commercially aware with a strong understanding of workforce solutions.
  • Professional, influential, and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive and relationship-focused approach.
