About the Role
We are looking for an experienced MSP Program Specialist to support the delivery of workforce solutions for a global client. In this role, you will work closely with Hiring Managers, suppliers, and candidates to ensure recruitment requirements are fulfilled efficiently and in line with agreed service levels.
You will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, supporting contingent and permanent hiring, maintaining talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
What You'll Be Doing
🤝 Hiring Manager & Stakeholder Support
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment requirements.
- Support the design and execution of effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Act as a point of contact for recruitment-related queries and escalations.

🎯 Recruitment & Workforce Solutions
- Manage requisitions and candidate submissions.
- Coordinate contingent and permanent hiring activities.
- Liaise with external suppliers and staffing partners to ensure timely delivery of talent.
- Facilitate and support interview, selection, offer, and onboarding processes.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
📊 Reporting & Performance Management
- Monitor recruitment activity and hiring progress.
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Provide recruitment insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems and tools.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practice sharing.
What We're Looking For
✅ Experience within Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, MSP, Staffing, Workforce Solutions, or HR Operations
✅ Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
✅ Experience working with Hiring Managers and external suppliers
✅ Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
✅ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✅ Commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset
✅ Proactive, solution-oriented approach
