MSP Recruitment Lead Coordinator
Home Based
Part Time (27.5 Hours Per Week), Permanent

Are you an organised recruitment professional with experience working within an MSP environment? We're looking for an MSP Recruitment Lead Coordinator to play a key role in delivering a smooth and compliant recruitment experience across a range of client accounts.

Working closely with recruiters, suppliers, hiring managers and contractors, you'll support the coordination of contractor onboarding, contract extensions and recruitment administration. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team where your attention to detail and stakeholder management skills will make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activity across multiple MSP and RPO client accounts.
  • Support permanent, fixed term, contractor and contingent hiring processes.
  • Manage contractor onboarding and contract extension administration.
  • Build effective relationships with recruiters, suppliers and client stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records across recruitment systems, trackers and documentation.
  • Respond to queries and help resolve issues throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Support compliance checks relating to contractor onboarding and supplier activity.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to consistent ways of working.
  • Escalate risks, delays and issues where appropriate.

Essential Skills & Requirements

  • Experience working within an MSP recruitment environment.
  • Knowledge of contractor onboarding, contingent workforce management and supplier coordination.
  • Understanding of IR35, AWR and umbrella company arrangements.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accurate record keeping.
  • Confident communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and sound judgement when escalating issues.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
