About the Role

We're looking for a proactive MSSP (multi skilled service partner) MAC Operative to join our team, supporting one of CBRE's largest global technology clients across their London portfolio.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for delivering seamless workplace moves, furniture reconfigurations and office changes that enable a first-class employee experience. Working closely with Workplace, Project Management, IT, Facilities Management and external vendors, you'll ensure every move is completed safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to business operations.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced, innovative client environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver day-to-day Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC) activities across multiple London office locations.
  • Coordinate and complete employee desk moves, including relocation of personal belongings, IT equipment and workplace furniture.
  • Support office churn, space planning initiatives and workplace transformation projects.
  • Ensure furniture layouts are installed in line with approved floorplans and project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate occupancy and space management data, updating internal systems following completed MAC activities.
  • Conduct regular floor walks and workplace audits to ensure floorplan accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Liaise with Workplace, Facilities Management, IT and Project teams to coordinate MAC requests and project activity.
  • Manage third-party vendors on site, ensuring work is completed safely, to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues or opportunities for process improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide updates on operational activities.
  • Support out-of-hours moves and workplace projects where required to minimise business disruption.
  • Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with all CBRE and client health & safety procedures.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
