As an MSSP Partner Development Manager you will be tasked with recruiting, onboarding, and launching new strategic MSSP partners in your region, identifying and signing the right partners, then getting them productive fast. You'll work closely with local field sales teams, marketing, and sales engineering to design and implement lead-generation and go-to-market campaigns, develop strategic business plans, and drive sales excellence in a highly competitive market. You'll collaborate across sales, channel, product management, operations, and marketing to shape strategy and identify areas of opportunity across SentinelOne's Managed Service partners.

What will you do?
- Recruit new strategic Managed Service partners and build revenue-generating security service offerings.
- Stay current on the SentinelOne competitive landscape and sell the value of our solutions and services relative to competitors.
- Ensure partners receive timely product and MSP/MSSP model updates for each relevant product area, and work with internal teams to build service offerings and develop launch content with partners.
- Drive program management and governance for service offering launches.
- Evangelize partner service offerings and bring the voice of the partner back into SentinelOne's sales organization.
- Prepare and deliver accurate weekly forecasts of MSP/MSSP revenue for your assigned territory.
- Stay aligned with local teams on forecasting, enablement, and launch of newly formed partnerships.
What skills will you bring :
- BS technical degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of above-quota sales experience, preferably as a Regional Sales Executive/Manager selling security solutions across endpoint, identity, data, and cloud.
- Deep knowledge of current security solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a variety of technical and business leaders internally and externally.
- Enterprise sales experience with an actionable network of MSSP decision makers.
- Superb organizational and reporting skills.
- Experience growing the sales enablement function to support sales in a rapidly evolving, competitive marketplace.
- A “whatever it takes” attitude and motivation to deliver above-quota performance.
- Prior startup experience.
- Experience working with channel partners and a strong understanding of partner-centric go-to-market approaches.
