Walker Cole International Partnership Opportunity

Walker Cole International is exclusively partnering with a fast-growing global pharmaceutical business to find their new MS&T Director. This is a genuinely exciting time to join, with the business scaling its biologics manufacturing network and investing heavily in drug product capability.

Role Overview

As MS&T Director, you'll take full ownership of the technical and scientific oversight of drug product manufacturing across a complex, multi-site network, sitting right at the centre of a business going through real growth and change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning technical and scientific oversight of drug product manufacturing processes, protecting product quality and process robustness across the full lifecycle.
  • Leading change control and technical change management end to end, working closely with manufacturing, quality and external partners.
  • Driving technology transfer and scale-up for new biologics products, supporting launches from development through to commercial manufacture.
  • Setting the standard for MS&T practice globally, making sure quality, compliance and efficiency improvements identified on one site get rolled out fast across the network.
  • Partnering with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Product Development to protect supply continuity, deliver COGS savings and provide technical input into Capex investment.
  • Building technical capability across the organisation through training and knowledge-sharing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
