Founded in 1963, the brand has become synonymous with technical excellence, athlete‑driven design, and a relentless commitment to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in rider protection and performance.

Today, Alpinestars looks to a new challenge to shape the future of mountain biking. You will be the driving force behind building the Alpinestars Mountain Bike retailer network in the UK from the ground up. This is a hands-on, field‑based sales and marketing role that blends commercial development, brand evangelism, and on‑the‑ground activation. A genuine, lived passion for mountain biking is non‑negotiable — it’s the foundation of how you’ll connect with retailers, riders, and the broader MTB community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retailer Network Development — Identify, target, and onboard new retail partners across the UK, ensuring Alpinestars MTB is represented in strategically valuable locations.
  • Account Management — Build long-term relationships with retailers, ensuring consistent sell‑through, brand alignment, and commercial growth.
  • Product Training — Deliver engaging, knowledgeable training sessions for retail staff, ensuring they understand the technical features, benefits, and selling points of the Alpinestars MTB product line.
  • Merchandising — Implement in‑store merchandising solutions that elevate brand visibility and drive conversion.
  • Event Representation — Serve as the face of Alpinestars MTB at local and national mountain bike events, demo days, races, and festivals.
  • Community Engagement — Build authentic relationships with riders, trail associations, and influencers to strengthen brand presence.
  • Market Intelligence — Monitor competitor activity, retailer performance, and emerging trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Sales Reporting — Provide structured updates on retailer acquisition, event outcomes, and commercial performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
