MuleSoft Test Lead
Location: London, UK

Contract: 6-12 months
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with 6-9 years to lead end-to-end testing activities across UI, API, database, and integration landscapes. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on automation experience, proven team management capabilities, and expertise in modern testing frameworks and DevOps practices.
Mandatory Skills
- API Testing and MuleSoft Integration Testing
- UI Testing and Database Testing
- Playwright with TypeScript Automation
- RestSharp with C# for API Automation
- CI/CD tools: Jenkins and DevOps Practices
- Test Management tools: Jira and/or Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Team Management and Stakeholder Communication
- End-to-End (E2E) Testing across distributed applications

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the testing team and drive quality assurance activities across multiple projects.
- Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and test execution approaches.
- Design, develop, and maintain UI automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript.
- Create and maintain API automation suites using RestSharp with C#.
- Perform functional, integration, end-to-end, database, and regression testing.
- Validate MuleSoft APIs and integrations across upstream and downstream systems.
- Integrate automated test suites with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
- Manage defect lifecycle using Jira/ADO and provide test metrics, status reports, and quality dashboards.
- Mentor team members, conduct reviews, and ensure adherence to testing best practices.
- Participate in release planning, risk analysis, and production validation activities.
