The Role

We are seeking a Multi-Asset Investment Product Management Specialist to join our growing Multi-Asset & Adviser Solutions Team in Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for an investment professional with strong product management expertise and a passion for multi-asset investing.

In this role, you will help drive and support Vanguard's multi-asset product category, collaborating with investment professionals, sales teams, marketing partners, and senior stakeholders across the business. You will play a key role in supporting client engagements, shaping product positioning and thought leadership, delivering strategic research projects, and ensuring the continued health and competitiveness of our product offering.

The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, acting as a subject matter expert for Vanguard's multi-asset solutions.

In this role you will

  • Provide investment support and product expertise to sales teams across Europe
  • Participate in client meetings, webinars, and marketing events, representing our multi-asset investment offering
  • Respond to investor enquiries and support client-facing teams with market and product insights
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive competitor research and product analysis
  • Monitor industry trends and evolving investment solutions to identify opportunities and risks
  • Produce regular reports and insights on product performance, market developments, and competitor positioning
  • Conduct analysis supporting strategic initiatives across the multi-asset product range
  • Prepare and present recommendations, business cases, and research findings to senior management
  • Contribute to shaping the future direction of the product lineup
  • Support the development of thought leadership, investment content, and product positioning materials
  • Build and maintain deep expertise across the multi-asset landscape, industry developments, and the broader investment ecosystem
  • Lead and support product reviews, fund initiatives, and strategic projects from inception through implementation
  • Define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring milestones are met
  • Contribute to fund governance forums and product health monitoring processes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure strong governance practices
  • Develop strong working relationships across investment, sales, marketing, legal, product development, and international teams
  • Partner with colleagues globally to share best practices and support strategic priorities
  • Support the preparation of Requests for Proposal (RFPs), due diligence questionnaires, and bespoke client requests
  • Provide investment content and data to support business growth initiatives

What it takes

  • Proven experience in product management, investment strategy, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of investment markets, asset allocation, and multi-asset investment solutions
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and working with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • This is a hybrid position and would require you to work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
