Leverton Search is partnering with a leading global asset manager to appoint a Multi-Asset Systematic Investment Director within its Systematic Investing team. The business has grown significantly in recent years and continues to build a strong pipeline of new opportunities, making this an excellent time to join a team with real momentum.
The team combines fundamental insight with quantitative portfolio construction and factor-based analysis across equities and fixed income, managing both pooled funds and custom solutions for clients. This role will have a particular focus on systematic multi-asset and equity strategies, including long/short and higher active strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Championing Systematic Investing through high-quality client engagement, investment communication, and service delivery.
- Leading investment-related client presentations, consultant meetings, and due diligence discussions with both prospective and existing clients.
- Representing the portfolio managers and communicating investment philosophy, process, positioning, and performance clearly and credibly.
- Overseeing the messaging of marketing collateral, client pitches, non-standard presentations, and portfolio reporting.
- Reviewing messaging and content for product launches, DDQs, and RFPs.
- Leading, developing, and mentoring junior team members, while supporting the wider business through investment education and training.
- Representing the team externally at conferences and industry forums with appropriate thought leadership.
- Collaborating on marketing strategy and product development for the franchise.

About You

The successful candidate will have more than 8 years' experience in financial markets, ideally as an investment director, product specialist, or client portfolio manager within asset management. Experience in systematic, quantitative, or factor investing is essential, along with strong quantitative aptitude, and a combined systematic and equities background would be particularly well regarded.
