Why be a Multi-Brand Account Manager at THG Beauty?

We’re looking for a commercially driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to join our growing B2B team and help take our multi-brand portfolio to the next level.

You’ll own a portfolio of UK & Ireland B2B partners across pure play, retail, omnichannel and wholesale distribution. From growing existing accounts and winning new business to negotiating commercial terms and launching exciting new products, you’ll play a key role in driving sales and building long-term partnerships.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the numbers, the customer and the action. You’ll work closely with teams across Sales, Brand, Marketing, Trade Marketing and Supply Chain to make sure our brands are positioned for success across every channel.

As a Multi-Brand Account Manager, you’ll:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of key B2B accounts, driving sales, profitability and new business opportunities across the UK & Ireland.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers, buying, merchandising and wider partner teams, becoming a trusted commercial partner.
  • Develop and deliver customer-specific strategies and Joint Business Plans, identifying opportunities to increase sales, distribution and account profitability.
  • Lead regular account reviews and seasonal strategy meetings, presenting commercial plans, NPD and growth opportunities to partners and securing buy-in.
  • Own sales forecasting and account planning, including BAU, NPD, promotional and seasonal activity, working closely with Supply Chain to maintain product availability.
  • Analyse account performance, SKU sales, customer needs, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and make commercially sound recommendations.
  • Manage assortment planning and NPD launches, ensuring the right products are available across each partner's channels.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, review contracts and support the onboarding of new partners and accounts.
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Creative and Supply Chain to deliver the right assets, activations and customer experience across every channel.
  • Identify and manage partner-specific opportunities including sampling, exclusive bundles, promotional activity, newsletters and digital placements, ensuring activity delivers a strong commercial return.
  • Oversee partner content and new line forms, working with internal teams to ensure product information, copy, assets and keywords are optimised for partner dotcoms.
  • Monitor and report on account performance and partner exposure, using data and insight to inform future commercial strategies.

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

  • Experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within beauty, skincare, haircare or FMCG.
  • Experience managing and growing wholesale, retail, pure-play or distributor accounts.
  • A proven track record of delivering sales growth against commercial targets.
  • Strong sell-in and sell-through understanding, with a commercial mindset and a focus on driving account performance.
  • Experience building strong relationships with buyers, buying teams, merchandising and other key customer stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to use sales data and customer insight to identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience creating account plans, proposals and Joint Business Plans would be advantageous.
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to spot opportunities, develop new business and turn ideas into action.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate confidently.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A solutions-focused and commercially curious mindset, always looking for ways to improve account performance.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
