WFH / Office / Remote: In-store retail with some UK travel
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, including weekends
A luxury beauty retailer is seeking a dynamic, people-focused Beauty Activator to drive customer engagement, brand loyalty and retail performance across multiple stores. The role combines in-store event delivery, team motivation, trend-led brand advocacy and digital content creation. This is a fast-paced, creative position suited to someone passionate about beauty, confident on camera, and skilled at inspiring retail teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Brand ambassadorship: Represent multiple luxury beauty brands, delivering high-quality service and retail excellence.
- Retail performance: Drive KPIs through service, eventing and leading by example in top-performing stores.
- Team motivation: Coach and inspire store teams, sharing best practice and supporting their retail achievements.
- Event delivery: Plan and execute in-store events to boost sales and customer engagement.
- Digital content: Create engaging content for internal platforms and social media, maintaining a strong on-camera presence.
- Stakeholder relationships: Build strong relationships with store teams and influence key retail partners.
- Organisation & planning: Prioritise event planning alongside retail and education needs across multiple stores.
- Reporting: Provide detailed feedback, insights and new initiatives to support continuous improvement.
- Trend awareness: Stay up-to-date with makeup, skincare, fragrance and wellness trends.
- CRM & loyalty: Drive data capture and customer loyalty at events and store visits.

- Passionate about beauty and luxury retail
- Experienced in delivering retail KPIs and event-led sales
- Creative, proactive and confident engaging store teams
- Digitally savvy with strong social media awareness
- Organised, energetic and able to travel with overnight stays
- A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Trend-led, commercially aware and confident on camera
