Company Description

Instabilelab is an Italian brand specialising in wallcoverings and decorative solutions for interiors. The company sees walls as creative spaces, combining textures, patterns and materials to create original, sophisticated and distinctive solutions. Instabilelab wallpaper collections offer a unique approach to wall decoration, designed to add character and value to both residential and commercial spaces. The Instabilelab product range also includes rugs, upholstery fabrics and curtain fabrics, offering coordinated solutions that meet a wide variety of aesthetic and project requirements.

Working with Instabilelab means collaborating with a dynamic and creative company with a strong focus on quality, innovation and Made in Italy design.

Role Description

We are looking for a Multi-Brand Sales Agent to work on a commission basis under an independent collaboration agreement, with the aim of developing and strengthening Instabilelab’s presence in the market.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a client portfolio, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and approaching potential new clients, particularly architecture and interior design studios, showrooms, specialised retailers and industry professionals.
  • Presenting and promoting Instabilelab collections of wallpaper, rugs and fabrics.
  • Managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collecting client enquiries and forwarding them to the Instabilelab back office, following each opportunity from the initial proposal through to order confirmation.
  • Providing post-sales follow-up and ensuring attentive and continuous customer service.
  • Gathering market information and client feedback to support the development of the company’s commercial offering.
  • Collaborating with the internal design and marketing teams to align sales activities with the company’s strategy and market requirements.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales and business development, preferably within the interior design, decoration, furniture, textile, wallpaper or wallcovering sectors.
  • Good knowledge of sales, negotiation and client management techniques.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong and long-lasting business relationships.
  • An independent, proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and independently manage a client portfolio.
  • An established and active client portfolio within the interior design and decoration sector will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong interest in and sensitivity to design, architecture and Made in Italy.
