Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprentice – Film, Photography & Studio Content
Photography and Videography Assistant
The successful candidate will support the creation of high-quality photo and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, live events, and client projects. You will work across studio and on-location environments, helping produce engaging visual content for multiple digital platforms.
Responsibilities
Photography & Videography
- Assist with filming and photography for events, marketing campaigns, and social media
- Support studio shoots including lighting, backdrops, and equipment setup
- Capture behind-the-scenes content and promotional material
- Help edit video and photo content using industry-standard software
- Organise and manage digital media files and content libraries
- Help live event filming and production when required
Marketing & Digital Content
- Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Assist with planning and scheduling digital marketing campaigns
- Help create short-form video content and promotional reels
- Support website and online content updates
- Assist with branding and visual storytelling across all platforms
- Monitor engagement and content performance

Studio & Creative Support
- Help maintain studio equipment and workspace organisation
- Prepare equipment for shoots and events
- Support creative brainstorming and campaign development
- Work collaboratively with the wider marketing and production teams
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks where needed
Requirements
- Passion for photography, videography, and creative media
- Interest in social media and digital marketing
- Interest in website design & IT development
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn editing software and production techniques
- Organised and reliable approach to work
- Basic knowledge of cameras & lighting
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically in Photoshop & Premiere Pro
- Full driving licence essential
