Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprentice

The successful candidate will support the creation of high-quality photo and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, live events, and client projects. You will work across studio and on-location environments, helping produce engaging visual content for multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Photography & Videography

  • Assist with filming and photography for events, marketing campaigns, and social media
  • Support studio shoots including lighting, backdrops, and equipment setup
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content and promotional material
  • Help edit video and photo content using industry-standard software
  • Organise and manage digital media files and content libraries
  • Support live event filming and production when required.

Marketing & Digital Content

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Assist with planning and scheduling digital marketing campaigns
  • Help create short-form video content and promotional reels
  • Support website and online content updates
  • Assist with branding and visual storytelling across all platforms
  • Monitor engagement and content performance

Studio & Creative Support

  • Help maintain studio equipment and workspace organisation
  • Prepare equipment for shoots and events
  • Support creative brainstorming and campaign development
  • Work collaboratively with the wider marketing and production teams
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks where needed

Skills & Qualities Required

  • Passion for photography, videography, and creative media
  • Interest in social media and digital marketing
  • Interest in website design & IT development
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn editing software and production techniques
  • Organised and reliable approach to work
  • Basic knowledge of cameras & lighting
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically in Photoshop & Premiere Pro
  • Full driving licence essential

What you'll learn

Course contents

  • Develop or interpret briefs for external or internal stakeholders and measure delivery in-line with the specification and agreed timelines
  • Plan and coordinate a marketing activity using marketing tactics to acquire and retain one or more customer segments using available resources.
  • Contribute to the generation of innovative and creative approaches across video, images, and other formats, both online and offline, to support campaign development.
  • Use research/survey software to gather audience insight and/or evaluation to support the project.
  • Use copywriting techniques to write persuasive text/copy to meet a communications objective ensuring it is in-line with organisational brand guidelines.
  • Build and implement multi-channel campaigns across a variety of platforms, either offline or digital media.
  • Proofread marketing copy ensuring it is accurate, persuasive and is on brand.
  • Use software to design and create marketing assets to meet the technical specification.
  • Contribute to the research of external suppliers to support recommendations and procurement of marketing goods and services.
  • Organise offline and digital assets ensuring they are co-ordinated and legally compliant.
  • Use a content management system to publish text, images, and video/animated content.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets to support marketing activities such as project/budget planning and organisation of marketing assets.
  • Use technology and software packages to support day to day activities, e.g., stakeholder communications, development of briefs, data analysis, report writing, presentations and project management.
  • Identify and use data and technologies to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and amend campaigns to meet budget requirements including time and monetary costs.
  • Review campaigns regularly to ensure effectiveness, to optimise the results.
  • Measure and evaluate campaign delivery to identify areas for improvement.
  • Use data analysis tools to record, interpret and analyse customer or campaign data.
