Deliver to You NI Ltd is a logistics company specializing in package delivery across Northern Ireland, with a strong focus on reliable, friendly customer service. Operations are centered in Belfast and beyond, supporting routes that cover both urban and rural areas. Role Description

This is a hybrid Multi Drop Delivery Driver role based in Belfast and surrounding areas, or delivery reporting as appropriate. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Collecting parcels from the depot
  • Loading and securing items
  • Planning efficient delivery routes
  • Delivering packages to homes and businesses across Northern Ireland

The role involves using handheld devices or apps to track deliveries, obtain proof of delivery, and update delivery statuses in real time. The driver will interact with customers at each stop, providing courteous service, handling queries, and resolving minor delivery issues. Additional duties may include vehicle checks, basic vehicle cleanliness, adhering to safety procedures, and following all road traffic regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong driving skills with a clean and valid driving license and experience in multi-drop or courier-style delivery routes.
  • Ability to use route planning tools, navigation apps, and handheld delivery devices or scanners.
  • Solid time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries and meet deadlines.
  • Customer service skills, including clear communication, polite interaction, and professional problem-solving.
  • Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills for handling delivery notes, manifests, and simple reports from home.
  • Good level of physical fitness, able to lift and carry parcels safely and follow manual handling guidelines.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset, including adherence to road and company safety procedures.
  • Experience in logistics, courier work, or delivery driving in Northern Ireland is beneficial but not essential.
