Job Description

Oversees and manages the pick-up and delivery of packages/goods to and from customers in a local vicinity. Maintains compliance with regulatory requirements. May manage a group of service providers or helpers, and ensures safety, service, and performance standards are met and improved. May manage outside service providers or third-party contractors to ensure standards and service levels are maintained. Develops and executes plans to ensure business KPI's and imperatives are met. May be involved in dispatch planning and training of drivers, helpers, and cyclists. Delivers hands-on work, typically related to the core UPS business operations. Follows established processes and procedures to execute work efficiently and safely. Performs manual work that requires skills developed through formal training or work experience. Works within established procedures and guidelines. Completes assigned tasks with moderate supervision.
