German IT Service Desk Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a German-speaking IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first-level technical support to end users. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and application issues while delivering excellent customer service in German and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, VPN, Outlook, Windows, and Office 365 issues.
  • Log, track, and update incidents using a ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support teams.
  • Manage user accounts, password resets, and access requests.
  • Meet SLA and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Experience in IT Service Desk or Technical Support.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, VPN, and basic networking.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, or similar ticketing tools.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.

Spanish & Italian IT Service Desk Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a multilingual IT Service Desk Analyst fluent in Spanish and Italian to provide first-level IT support to international users. The role requires excellent troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot Windows, Office 365, Outlook, VPN, printer, and application issues.
  • Record and manage incidents through the ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher support teams.
  • Support user account management and password resets.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
