Role Overview
Alpha Youth is looking for a creative and talented Multi-Media Content Producer to bring inspiring stories to life across social media and digital platforms.
Working within Alpha's Creative Studios team and partnering closely with Alpha Youth, you'll create social-first content that inspires young people, equips youth leaders, and supports churches. From short-form video and graphics to campaign content and event coverage, you'll play a key role in shaping Alpha Youth's digital presence.
Applications for this role will close on Monday 31st August. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. The salary range for this role is between £30,000 - £32,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging platforms
- Produce high-quality videos, graphics, and digital assets from concept to delivery
- Develop creative content and campaigns that resonate with young audiences
- Repurpose and optimise content to maximise reach and engagement
- Capture and create content from events, podcasts, interviews, and youth initiatives
- Stay on top of social media trends and emerging formats, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to content creation

Requirements
The following skills and experience form the minimum requirements for the role:
- A committed Christian with a strong passion for evangelism and a clear alignment with Alpha's mission and values
- Demonstrable ability to create high-quality digital content, supported by a strong portfolio of video, graphic design, and social media work
- Strong video editing skills, with proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve, and the ability to produce engaging short-form content for digital platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, with the ability to create high-quality graphics and digital assets
- A strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience behaviours, with the ability to create content optimised for different channels
- Good visual design skills, with an eye for composition, typography, branding, and digital storytelling
