Events Sales Manager – MOI, ALTA & ROOM86

We are looking for a driven, well-connected Events Sales Manager to grow event, group booking and private-hire revenue across MOI, ALTA and ROOM86.

This is a pure sales role. You will be out there building relationships, opening doors and bringing business into our venues. We need someone commercially hungry, confident and proactive, not someone waiting for enquiries to come in.

You will focus on winning corporate bookings, private dining, brand events, celebrations, agency business, using your own network and creating new opportunities every day.

What you’ll do:

  • Proactively sell all three venues to corporate clients, agencies, concierges, PR, fashion, music and creative-industry contacts.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Generate private dining, large-group, full-venue hire and late-night event revenue.
  • Arrange site visits, pitch the venues and close deals.
  • Develop new partnerships and repeat business.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations to create commercially strong event packages and campaigns.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
