Multi-Site Health & Safety Co-ordinator – Select Division – Wakefield, Nottingham, Northampton, Swindon, Bristol & Cardiff

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Site Health & Safety Co-ordinator within our Select Division.

The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge ideally relative to retail automotive Health and Safety requirements including but not limited to:

  • Recent retail motor dealership business experience and knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
  • Being a good communicator – oral, written and computer skills and proficient in being able to use various electronic platforms for managing health & safety
  • Having the ability to make a difference through colleague engagement, coaching, support and delivering toolbox talks as required
  • Being prepared to travel with occasional overnight stays.
  • Having a good knowledge of relative and current Health and Safety legislation requirements whilst also be willing to learn, understand and implement Sytner Minimum Requirements.

If successful you will undertake regular visits to all facilities within the Select Division, working closely with local site stakeholders to help identify and rectify any opportunities for improvement. You will also ensure that all actions arising from Regional H&S Advisor Visits, third party audits and risk assessments are implemented and closed off to ensure continuous improvement. Holding a NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety would be advantageous but not essential.
