About us
Dental Beauty Partners is one of the UK’s fastest-growing dental groups, with a network of over 60 practices and an ambitious vision for continued growth.
Our model is built around delivering exceptional patient care while giving our practices and clinicians the support, expertise and infrastructure they need to succeed.
We are now launching an exciting new implant project across Southgate, Bedfont and Bromley. These will be the first three practices in the project, with more sites planned as we grow.
Our implant proposition is built around making high-quality implant treatment more accessible to patients, with a simple approach to pricing, exceptional clinical care and a seamless patient journey from first enquiry through to aftercare.
This is an opportunity to join the project right at the beginning and play an important role in shaping how it grows.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an exceptional Multi-Site Implant Treatment Coordinator to join us as part of this exciting new implant project across our practices in Southgate, Bedfont and Bromley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is commercially driven, brilliant with patients and wants to play a key role in building and growing something from the outset.
You will take ownership of the implant patient journey from the moment an appointment is booked, right through consultation, treatment and aftercare. You will be the central link that pulls the entire patient journey together, working closely with our clinicians, practice teams and external sales team to create an exceptional experience and maximise treatment uptake.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit back and wait for things to happen. We are looking for someone with energy, drive and initiative who will get stuck in and take real ownership of the success of the project.
What you'll be responsible for
You will be responsible for managing and converting implant opportunities across all three practices, ensuring every patient receives a professional, personal and well-coordinated experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of implant patients once their initial consultation has been booked.
- Building strong relationships with patients and understanding their individual needs, concerns and motivations.
- Supporting patients through their implant consultation and explaining treatment plans, costs, finance options and next steps clearly and confidently.
- Following up patients promptly and consistently to maximise treatment conversion.
- Working closely with clinicians to ensure patients receive a seamless experience.
- Coordinating with our external sales team, ensuring a smooth handover from initial enquiry through to consultation and treatment.
- Being the key point of contact between the sales team, clinicians, practice teams and patients.
- Managing the patient journey through treatment and ensuring excellent communication throughout.
- Maintaining contact after treatment and supporting the patient through aftercare.
- Proactively identifying and resolving any issues that could prevent a patient progressing with treatment.
- Monitoring leads, consultations, conversion rates and treatment uptake across all three sites.
- Helping identify opportunities to improve the implant patient journey and increase conversion.
- Supporting the wider team to achieve ambitious growth targets for the project.
Who we're looking for
First and foremost, we're looking for a great salesperson who is also exceptional with people.
You'll need to be confident having conversations about significant treatment investments without making the patient experience feel overly sales-led. You'll understand how to listen, build trust, overcome concerns and help patients feel confident about moving forward with treatment.
Sales & commercial mindset
- Highly sales-focused and motivated by hitting targets.
- Confident discussing treatment costs and finance.
- Commercially minded, with a genuine interest in performance and conversion rates.
- Comfortable working towards individual and project targets.
Patient relationships
- Warm, personable and excellent at building rapport with patients.
- Able to listen and understand the individual motivations, concerns and barriers of each patient.
- A strong communicator who can flex between patients, clinicians, practice teams and an external sales team.
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Drive & ownership
- Driven, energetic and willing to get stuck in.
- Naturally proactive with strong follow-up skills.
- Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
- Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excited by the opportunity to join a new project and help shape how it develops.
Organisation
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple patient journeys simultaneously.
- Comfortable working across three different practices and bringing different teams together.
- Able to prioritise effectively and make sure opportunities don't fall through the gaps.
Previous implant knowledge or experience is advantageous but not essential. For the right person, attitude, sales ability and the ability to build trust with patients matter more.
Working across three sites
This is a genuinely multi-site and patient-facing position, rather than a remote coordination role.
You will work across Southgate, Bedfont and Bromley, with your time structured around implant clinics, consultations and patient demand. You will be expected to be physically based at one of the three practices on every working day.
The role follows a 5-day shift pattern that includes weekend working on a rotating basis, with weekend days worked reflected in days off during the week.
Why join us?
This role is part of an exciting new project with significant growth ambitions.
Southgate, Bedfont and Bromley are just the beginning. As we establish and grow the implant proposition, we plan to expand into further Dental Beauty practices, creating significant opportunity for the project — and for the people who help us build it.
You'll be joining at an early stage and will have the opportunity to help shape how the implant patient journey works across the first three sites. As the project grows, there is significant scope for the role itself to develop.
You'll have the opportunity to make a very visible impact — not just on commercial performance, but on the experience patients receive throughout what can be a life-changing treatment journey.
Interested?
If you're commercially driven, brilliant with patients and excited by the opportunity to help build and grow a new implant proposition within Dental Beauty Partners, we'd love to hear from you.
