Multi-Site Manager - London Salons
We’re looking for an exceptional Multi-Site Manager to lead four of our London salons.
About the Role
This is a true multi-site leadership role in a fast-paced, client-facing business.
You’ll constantly be moving between locations, working directly with teams, coaching managers and individuals, driving performance and ensuring each salon is operating at its best.
No two days will look the same.
You might spend the morning coaching a team in one salon, head to another for a performance meeting while managing admin and reporting for the other 2 between locations.
You’ll need to be highly organised, commercially focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
The Role
You’ll:
- Lead performance across 4 salon locations, travelling regularly between them.
- Spend significant time in salons, working directly with teams
- Coach and develop team members both face-to-face and remotely
- Drive sales, productivity, rebooking, retention, retail and client experience
- Identify performance opportunities and put clear action plans in place
- Hold 121s, performance conversations and team meetings
- Manage staffing, rotas and operational priorities
- Complete and oversee key management and administrative tasks
- Maintain consistency and high standards across all four locations
- React quickly to issues and move your focus between salons as priorities change
- Work closely with the Head of Performance, the Head Office team and the wider leadership team

Requirements
Multi-site management experience is strongly preferred.
Hairdressing industry experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
What is essential is significant experience within a busy, fast-paced, client-facing environment — either managing a large single site or multiple locations. Experience could come from retail, hospitality, beauty, leisure or a similar service-led business.
You’ll be:
- An experienced and confident people manager
- Commercially minded and comfortable managing performance
- A strong coach who can get the best from different personalities
- Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable giving clear feedback and holding people accountable
- Equally effective coaching in person and remotely
- Happy spending a significant amount of your working week travelling between locations
- Calm and decisive when priorities change
- Energetic and comfortable working at pace

Details
- 5 days per week, with flexibility across the seven-day operation
- Full-time
- Regular travel between all four salons
- £50,000 salary
- Performance-related bonus on top
This isn't a role where you'll be based behind a desk or permanently in one location. You'll be visible across all four salons, building relationships with the teams, understanding what is happening on the ground and taking action to improve performance.
