Working Hours: Zero Hours
Pay: As per site rate
Location: Various corporate sites across Liverpool
Reporting to: Contracts Manager / Duty Manager
Overview
Anchor Group Services is looking for an experienced and professional Corporate CCTV Security Controller to join our growing team, providing a dedicated relief cover across a portfolio of prestigious corporate sites throughout Liverpool.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CCTV Controller looking to work within high-profile corporate environments where professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail are paramount. As a dedicated Multi-Site Controller, you will become a valued member of the Control Room team, support multiple contracts while gaining experience across a variety of corporate locations.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in protecting people, property, and assets by monitoring CCTV systems, managing alarms, coordinating incidents, and supporting on-site Security Officers. You will also be responsible for access control, monitoring life safety systems, maintaining accurate incident records, and ensuring all client procedures and Assignment Instructions are followed.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to become a dedicated relief CCTV Controller across several prestigious contracts, with genuine opportunities for further training, development, and progression within Anchor Group Services. If you have relevant security or control room experience but do not currently hold a CCTV licence, we would still encourage you to apply, as training can be provided for the right candidate. As our portfolio continues to grow, there is also potential for this position to develop into a permanent full-time role for the right candidate.

Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude are essential, as you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
Duties Include
- Monitoring CCTV systems and responding to live incidents.
- Operating access control, alarm management, and life safety systems.
- Coordinating incidents with on-site Security Officers and emergency services.
- Producing accurate incident reports and maintaining Control Room records.
- Monitoring fire alarms, intruder alarms, and building management systems.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and contractors.
- Escalating incidents in accordance with site procedures.
- Supporting the wider security team through effective communication.
- Ensuring compliance with Assignment Instructions and client procedures.
- Maintaining a professional, organized, and efficient Control Room environment at all times.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL:
- Valid Frontline SIA CCTV Licence (Public Space Surveillance).
PREFERRED:

Door Supervisor Licence.

Previous experience working within a Security Control Room or CCTV environment.

Previous experience within corporate office environments.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong IT skills and confidence using multiple monitoring systems.

Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.

Calm and professional under pressure.

Smart appearance and high personal standards.

Flexible and reliable to cover shifts across multiple sites.

Customer service focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
