Multiskilled Technician
Location: Aylesbury
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Basic Salary (depending on experience and qualifications) plus performance-related bonus
Pybus Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Multiskilled Technician to join a leading accident repair centre in Aylesbury.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled bodyshop professional who can carry out high-quality repairs across multiple disciplines, including Panel, Paint and MET. You'll be joining a forward-thinking business that invests heavily in its people, equipment and training, offering genuine long-term career progression.
As part of a high-performing team, you will play a key role in restoring vehicles to manufacturer standards while maintaining exceptional quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out high-quality repairs across Panel, Paint and MET disciplines
- Ensure repairs are completed safely and in line with manufacturer standards
- Use modern repair methods, tools and diagnostic equipment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain workshop productivity
- Deliver repairs with a strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensure all work is completed within agreed timescales while maintaining the highest standards

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Multiskilled Technician within an accident repair or bodyshop environment
- Strong knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques
- ATA Accreditation or willingness to achieve accreditation
- Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement
