We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position covering the Somerset to Devon area.
This Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance within commercial sites across the region. They will be dealing with plant room maintenance, ahu's, water testing and flushing, lighting, ballasts, compliance testing, basic plumbing etc.

The right person for this position will already have a strong working background in commercial building services maintenance. They need to be holding a minimum of a level 2 electrical or mechanical qualification. It would be a major advantage if they are holding the Fgas qualification.
This is a mobile position, so we do require a full UK driving licence.
Requirements
- Strong working background as a Commercial Maintenance Engineer
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Minimum of a Level 2 Mechanical or Electrical qualification
- Based in a commutable location to Exeter/ Taunton
- Happy to cover multiple sites in the region
- Must be willing to join the on call rota
