Salary £41,512 per annum plus benefits and on-call allowances. Hours: 39 hours per week. Regular travel across Dorset. Permanent Role. Closing date for applications: 31.07.26 (Midday)

We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused, highly motivated Multi-skilled Carpenter to join our dedicated team of professionals. From the initial job report to completion, you will play an integral part in delivering kitchen and bathroom works at pace and to a high standard, whilst meeting our customers’ needs and complying with all current legislation. The role encompasses a diverse and rewarding working routine, with great benefits, access to a company van, uniform, and all trade-relevant power tools supplied.

The role requires a comprehensive knowledge and a diverse range of skills. Applicants should possess proficiency and certification in carpentry and associated skills in Plumbing (1st & 2nd fix), Tiling, Decorating, Floor Laying (Sheet & Tile). It would be advantageous to also hold skills in Plastering, UPVC Window Repairs, and installs.

You will be required to be on call once every 12 weeks, for which you will receive a standby allowance.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Candidates will need to be qualified to City & Guilds/NVQ level 2 or equivalent, with a minimum of one year post-qualification experience within kitchen and bathroom fitting.
  • You will excel as a team player, additionally demonstrating independent problem-solving skills and the ability to work without supervision.
  • The role involves using an iPad and requires basic IT competency.
  • We seek skilled, positive, polite, and approachable individuals who are eager to learn and work with our equipment and systems.
  • A full driving licence is essential.
