At Greaves 3D Engineering, we design, manufacture, and supply world-leading pit lane equipment to customers across the motorsport industry. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled CNC Machinist / Offline Programmer to join our team.
What you'll be doing:
- Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling and turning machines
- Creating and optimising CNC programs using offline programming software
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and CAD models
- Selecting tooling and machining strategies for efficient production
- Inspecting precision components to ensure the highest quality standards
- Identifying process improvements to maximise efficiency
- Working closely with our team to deliver high-quality engineering solutions

What we're looking for:
- Proven CNC programming, setting, and operating experience
- Offline programming experience
- Strong machining and manufacturing knowledge
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

HyperMILL experience is an advantage, but not essential.
